- Accommodation is also one of the most common factors of disappointment during travel. Sometime booking a hotel by relying on online information sometimes can be misleading. The hotel you see on website sometimes is not the same with the one in real life. For example, you booked particular room but you are given bad room when you arrive at the hotel. Or, the service is not what they stated in their webpage. Do not stay silence when you receive this treatment. Complain calmly to the front desk to let them know the problems and give them a chance to fix them. If they don’t provide you the solution and you have to switch hotels, just wrote the problem in their webpage or write a letter to the manager of the hotel.
